Our partners are highly ambitious tech companies that are looking to conquer their respective markets.</p> <p><br/></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Role</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">The Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - IT Infrastructure will oversee and be responsible for the smooth functioning of the day-to-day operations of the organization's IT, networking, IT, and operational functions. The Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - IT Infrastructure will have experience in handling and managing multiple teams, implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure.</p> <p dir="ltr"><br/></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br/></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Support in creating an IT Infrastructure strategy and a plan</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Assist to manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure and ensuring highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Assist to develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans = for infrastructure administration and project management </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Responsible for managing and handling the day-to-day operations of the organization's IT department, including managing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all IT functions are operating smoothly.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the organization's IT security efforts, including managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Provide assistance in managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Assist and manage the organization's disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Provide assistance in overseeing the organization's compliance efforts related to IT, data security and ISO guidelines.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the IT field, as well as trends and best practices in facilities management.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Assist the Manager - Operations Infrastructure to develop and implement IT-related projects, including software and hardware upgrades, and other projects as and when needed by the organization.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Provide technical support to staff members as needed by responding to all IT support requests and preventive measures.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the IT field.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Maintain the organization's facilities, IT security, and access control.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent technical fluency knowledge in Wifi, Firewall and switching</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Responsible to improve the organizational knowledge in computer hardware troubleshooting and management</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Responsible for developing and managing the budget for the IT Infrastructure, ensuring cost effectiveness and monitoring the IT Infrastructure related expenses.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Continuously analyze the current processes, technologies, vendors to identify areas of improvement</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Review IT support ticketing systems and manage and maintain the same.
