SRO Instructor

Opportunity Overview:

Long-term contract opportunity for an SRO (Senior Reactor Operator, INPO certified)

REMOTE.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

Provide industry PWR instructors who have current training experience and qualifications.

Revise and deliver classroom lesson plans that meet all current site training requirements.

Deliver simulator lesson plans that meet all current site training requirements.

Develop or revise required evaluation materials throughout the program, this may consist of written exam questions, JPMs, and simulator scenarios.

Help administer evaluations per the LOIT schedule.

You will conduct student reviews and follow up meeting to meet LOOT program requirements in supporting the monitoring of candidate performance.

Respond to any instructor feedback received from management observations conducted on sessions they supported.

Who You Are:

Degree in Engineering or Sciences (Mechanical, Chemical, Energy, Nuclear, Physics, or similar)

7+ years of experience as an operations Instructor or similar role

Power plants or industrial facilities

Demonstrate organizational abilities such as teamwork, customer orientation and progress

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $90 - $100 per hour.
