Responsibilities:

• Recording, evaluating, and passing on all costs resulting from supplier errors (quality/logistics)
• Implementing and documenting supplier penalties and coordinating returns to suppliers
• Creating and tracking objections and claiming costs in connection with customer complaints against suppliers
• Processing returns and customer audit reports in collaboration with the relevant departments
• Reviewing and posting invoices in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintaining and using relevant SAP modules for the transparent handling of all claim processes
• Identifying and implementing process optimizations and creating corresponding procedural instructions
• Conducting internal training for the introduction of new or modified processes
• Working closely with the Quality, Logistics, Production, and Purchasing departments

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial or technical studies or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in complaints or claims management, ideally in an industrial environment
• Excellent knowledge of SAP (e.g., MM, QM, SD) and accounting
• Strong process and digitalization skills
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with a high level of personal responsibility
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
• Confident in MS Office (especially Excel)
