- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other agencies in the communities served
- Participate in selection of off-site resources for needed services that are not provided by the program
- Complete monthly/quarterly record reviews for the program, ensuring regulatory and accreditation standards are maintained
- Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing, team, and diagnostic disposition meetings
- Act upon reports and recommendations from program/agency committees, team members, and client suggestions
- Provide oversight for service delivery, completing weekly checks on team member direct service hours
- Develop evolving programmatic schedule to meet client population needs
- Coordinate services and collaborate with outside agencies
- Adhere to and monitor program budget
- Provide clinical direction and supervision to assigned team members
- Ensure orientation, in-service training, and continuing education for staff members
- Respond/intervene in crisis situations and ensure incident reporting is completed
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field, with at least three (3) years professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field, with at least four (4) years professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and two (2) years of supervisory experience; AND
- Qualified Addiction Professional certified by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. or applicable State Board; OR
- Counselor, psychologist, or physician licensed in Missouri with at least one (1) year professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Successful completion of background check
- Completion of New Hire Orientation
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
- First Aid certification and CPR certification
- Behavioral Management training
- Annual maintenance of licenses/certifications
