About the role:
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence decisions, shape the future of our technology landscape and work with a supportive team. As the Technology Manager for Dynamics CRM, you will take active ownership of our CRM platform and related areas. You will oversee the technical aspects, infrastructure and application-specific functionalities.
Your role will involve managing maintenance, deprecations, enabling new features, supporting and solutioning enhancements within the Dynamics CRM domain. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead proactive maintenance plans
- Ensure the technology area is aligned with business needs and develop towards the services strategy.
- This entails keeping the platform up to date including not only from a technical upgrade perspective, but also adopting and including relevant configuration changes as the product evolves.
- Manage and assist sourced partner to optimize the service delivery including release, capacity, asset management, IT Security etc. Assist in requirements gathering and quality assurance.
- Provide technical guidance and approve design proposals and projects within the domain.
- Support audit compliance, license management, access reviews, and problem investigation within the domain.
- Define and maintain technical guidelines, procedures, and standards for the Dynamics CRM platform.
About you:
- Minimal bachelor's degree, (preferred field of study: technology or business)
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM across sales, service and marketing/customer insights
- Dynamics platform knowledge, including integrations
- Knowledge in Azure Dev Ops, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Professional experience in roles that greatly worked with Dynamics CRM technologies, and experience in leading projects
- Ability to work across projects – providing guidance and summarizing
- Fluent in English
As a person, you’re really self-motivated, able to work independently and adept at prioritizing tasks in an evolving environment. You'll often lead initiatives and therefore, you must be able to take responsibility for delivering results, even without direct supervision. Communication is crucial; you'll explain technical concepts clearly and adapt your messages to different stakeholders' needs.
Location:
Preferred locations for this position is in Poland, Germany or Sweden (CET time zone) at any of our sites (Warsaw, Ulm, Huskvarna, Jonsered or Stockholm).
But, with our hybrid working environment, you'll have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members.
Occasional travel may be required.
