Financial Analyst III - Corporate Operations

We need a motivated individual with financial expertise to impact space exploration through detailed dedication.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning process for Corporate Operations functions
• Provide accurate and timely financial information and recommendations to support Corporate Operations leaders
• Lead the monthly financial reporting cycle, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead monthly business rhythm ensuring team meets deliverables and millstones on time.
• Develop and present content to support reviews by Business Units and Corporate Operations leaders
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.
• Support and assist with internal initiatives for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or an analytical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of post-graduation financial analysis experience.
• Knowledge of forecasting and financial modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of conveying complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical collaborators.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency including Pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to connect operational details to broader business goals.

• Experience with Deltek Costpoint, Planful
• Experience with SQL querying and data mining
• Experience with Tableau

 

Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $100,997.00-$141,395.10
