GNC is looking for looking for a strategic and execution-focused Manager of Marketing & Commercialization Management to play a critical role in establishing, scaling, and optimizing partnerships that drive growth. This role bridges the gap between business development, marketing, and operations—supporting our partnership efforts from onboarding through commercialization and performance measurement.

What You’ll Do:

This is a Full-Time Salary Position

The Marketing & Commercialization Manager plays a critical role in helping to establish, commercialize, scale and track the performance of partnerships

  • Analyze data to identify & assess new partnership opportunities using syndicated & Stackline data, business intelligence, internal research & industry white papers & reports.
  • Co-develop with partners the marketing & sales annual business plans that drive performance against jointly owned business & financial plans. This includes category growth plans that demonstrate to the retailer how the GNC co-brand will drive incremental category growth & profitability.
  • Establish & nurture productive relations with GNC cross-functional personnel to enable timely input and alignment to new partnership elements.
  • Maintain monthly and quarterly KPI scorecards for each partnership to be used externally with partners and with the partnership team’s financial reports.
  • Lead/execute marketing research projects to support new partnership prospecting.
  • Co-develop with partners innovation, retail execution & pricing strategies that enable achievement of business and strategic plans.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Environmental Factors & Working Schedule:

  • Hybrid work environment, 3 days in-person attendance (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely.
  • Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
  • Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include long periods of computer screen usage, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually low/moderate

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business, MBA desired
  • 3-4 years’ experience in CPG brand management, market research & consumer insights, and/or category management, sales planning & merchandising
  • Highly skilled at analyzing syndicated data (SPINS, IRI & Nielsen) to understand market trends, assess attractiveness of new market segments, identify the strengths & weaknesses of competition and the ability
