Senior Java Developer | USA

Key Responsibilities

• Software Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance Java-based applications.
• System Architecture: Contribute to the architecture and design of large-scale distributed systems, ensuring they are modular, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code across the team.
• Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in production systems.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to define software requirements and technical solutions.
• Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices. Recommend improvements to enhance the development process and system performance.
• Testing: Develop unit tests, integration tests, and participate in automated testing efforts to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.
• Agile Development: Participate in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), attending sprint meetings, and delivering high-quality features on time.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure the team and stakeholders have a clear understanding of the software architecture and codebase.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 176,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
