The Senior Project Analyst II may also work on some project requests as defined by IPCM Management.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>The Senior Project Analyst II is responsible for vetting projects with a high complexity, which is measured by the scale and scope of the request. Complexity can be the number of countries or the complexity of the customer or product. Complexity is determined by the IPCM Management team when assigning the request based on the information in the case. Vetting entails validating the information provided, collecting any additional information that is relevant to the project, and documenting all findings.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span>As a Senior Project Analyst II, CSS Project Readiness, you will</span></span></b></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Vet projects according to the information provided</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Leverage regional and local resources and resources from the different departments and functions to support vetting</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Handle multiple initiatives at the same time and integrate them into a comprehensive plan</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Be a subject matter expert on tools and techniques for managing organizational-level priorities</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Prepare project plan with goals and operating procedures while documenting the flow of administrative processes associated with running program(s)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Prepare and deliver complex presentations to large or critical technical and business audiences</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span>About you</span></span></b></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Prior travel industry experience</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proven success in leading medium-complexity projects in travel management operations </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience in a qualified project management role and with project management software is a plus</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ability to facilitate and resolve risks, issues, and showstoppers</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Must have good communication skills (written and oral) in English</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>About us</b></span></span><br/> <span><span>We’re a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world’s best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands.
