Job Summary: Provides coordination, communication, and technical support to ensure that all construction activities across BHDM projects are executed in alignment with project goals, expectations, design intent, and regulatory standards. Serves as the primary liaison between stakeholders, project managers, contractors, architects, engineers, regulatory authorities, and internal project teams—to maintain efficient, cost-effective, safe, and compliant construction operations throughout all phases of the projects. Establishes and implements processes, communication protocols, field coordination, issue resolution and oversight mechanisms to ensure a consistently functional, well-coordinated, and high-quality construction environment. Maintains a consistently safe and functional environment for all.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:
Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered. Experience: 3–5 years in construction coordination, field inspection, or project support; or 7–10 years equivalent field experience in lieu of degree. Experience working in healthcare preferred. Ability to interpret drawings/specifications and communicate effectively with contractors and design professionals.
