This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $101,600.00 - $162,400.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience leading projects, considering diverse perspectives and influencing others

  • Excellent relationship management skills especially with senior leaders, key partners and HRBP’s to identify gaps in training delivery and implement creative solutions

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Advanced consultative skills, with the ability to diagnose and analyze customer needs, determine, and develop solutions for high visibility and complex initiatives

  • Subject matter expert in leadership development and highly skilled in developing content, instructional materials, and partnering with Instructional Designers

  • Ability to build virtual learning experiences for leadership audiences

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive decision-making

  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to think strategically and develop long-term leadership development initiatives in line with organizational goals

  • Tech savvy with an ability to identify, learn and implement new technologies

  • Strong proficiency using Asana, Slack, Outlook, GSuite (docs, forms, sheets, slides), Mural, LMS (Docebo)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field or equivalent experience

  • Experience creating and owning leadership development programs end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience with talent management strategies including organizational development and leadership development

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with 5+ years’ experience training and facilitating in a classroom and 1:1 settings

  • Experience being a people manager is a plus
