About the role

Healthcare Market Planner, Senior

Key Role:

Provide healthcare delivery market planning support for client strategic planning, including supply and demand analysis, forecasting, care delivery facility options analysis, and scenario planning. Support the modernization and advancement of healthcare delivery system infrastructure. Apply healthcare discipline expertise to address provider strategic and operational priorities in the pursuit of healthcare delivery transformation. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • 2+ years of experience with healthcare market planning in a hospital, health system, or major healthcare provider
  • Experience in healthcare pre-design facility planning
  • Experience working with clinicians and other front-line staff to solve complex business needs
  • Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare regulatory environment
  • Ability to develop relationships, build credibility, and influence individuals at all levels, internally and externally, as a trusted advisor and business professional
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex or large-scale projects
  • Experience developing business cases or financial analyses
  • Experience working with the public sector
  • Ability to analyze and visualize data to support decision-making
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments, manage competing priorities, and stay highly organized
  • Ability to work independently within a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to perform work-related tasks
  • Possession of excellent listening, critical thinking, administrative, technical, organizational, and client service or consulting skills
  • Master’s degree
  • PMP Certification
