Senior Product Manager

At Sendify, you will:

• Shape Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with Sendify’s mission and goals.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver cohesive and user-centric products.
• Drive Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Champion Customer-Centric Development: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Monitor Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform future enhancements.

In order to succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Extensive Product Management Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager(5+ years), preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business objectives, with proficiency in analyzing complex data and market trends.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders effectively, and conveying complex concepts clearly.
• Customer Empathy: A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering products that provide real value.
• Adaptability: Experience in startup or agile environments, comfortable with rapid changes and iterative processes.
