We´ll naturally provide you with training and mentoring to help you with your future!   </p><p> </p><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the finance relationship with all UK customers. </li><li>Manage customer’s payroll’s setup. </li><li>Execute direct debit requests for our growing Hastee community. </li><li>Lead and manage refunds and collections. </li><li>Track on a weekly basis employer’s withdrawals and payments. </li><li>Assist on the bank accounts conciliation. </li><li>Bring new ideas on internal processes automation. </li><li>Have a positive impact on our revenue. </li><li>Support B2B and B2C by helping them reach financial freedom. Email support to users and Uploading workers details to the Hastee portal. </li><li>Ad hoc projects </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What We're Looking For </strong></p><ul><li>Business or Economics student/degree. </li><li>Mandatory native or advanced level in both spoken and written English. Spanish is a plus. </li><li>Strong team player who thrives when working to set the team up for success. </li><li>Self-starter with problem-solving capabilities. </li><li>Driven, curious, and solution-oriented. </li><li>Innovative and adaptable approach suitable for working in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Good knowledge of Excel </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Conditions:</p><ul><li>Remote first policy (once or twice per week at the office)</li><li>300/450 EUR monthly </li><li>Possibility of part-time or full-time internship</li></ul>
