Jr. Finance & Accounting Manager (m/f/d)

<h3>Intro</h3> <p>Department: Finance<br/>Reports to: VP Global Finance<br/><br/>We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Jr. Finance &amp; Accounting Manager to join our team.<br/>The role involves ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, monitoring customer payments and the<br/>ability to manage customer relationships professionally. With your expertise and strong understanding<br/>of numbers, you will be an integral part of Adsquare's growing finance team.</p> <h3>Your Mission</h3> <strong>Billing &amp; Collections</strong><br/><br/>● Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, tracking payments, and<br/>reconciling accounts<br/>● Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections<br/>● Client onboarding and offer creation in close collaboration with our international Sales &amp; Client Success teams<br/>● Prepare and analyze aging reports, identify overdue accounts and take appropriate collection<br/>actions<br/>● Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing and collection processes<br/>● Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to accounts<br/>receivable<br/><br/><strong>Process Improvement</strong><br/><br/>● Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of billing and collection processes<br/>● Work on automation projects to streamline accounting tasks and reduce manual effort <h3>Your Profile</h3> <p>● Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field, or equivalent business education<br/>● You have gained initial work experience in finance and/or accounting with a focus on accounts<br/>receivable<br/>● Strong Excel and Google Sheet skills<br/>● You enjoy working with numbers and have a strong analytical approach<br/>● Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail<br/>● You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner and are able to pick things up<br/>quickly<br/>● Effective communication and negotiation skills for handling customer accounts</p> <h3>Why us?</h3> <p>On top of a competitive package, we offer:<br/><br/><ul><li>Flexible work models: hybrid, plus remote work from anywhere in the world up to 3 months per year.</li><li>Annual individual learning budget of €1,200.</li><li>30 vacation days per year.</li><li>BVG company ticket, Urban Sports Club membership, and pension scheme.</li><li>Regular team and company events (trust us, our People team knows how to throw a party!).</li><li>Latest hardware and all the tools you need to thrive.</li></ul></p> <h3>Locations</h3> <p>Berlin HQ</p>
