We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in the Bedford, NH office. In this strategic HR leadership role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Sanborn Head’s business units to provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on all issues related to talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. The HR Business Partner will successfully balance employee advocacy with business objectives to create integrated solutions. This role involves leading HR initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and effectively implementing people-first HR strategies throughout the organization.

Essential Functions – What You Will Do
- Spearhead strategic partnerships with business unit leaders through regular meetings, focusing on workforce planning, succession management, and talent pipeline development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate and enhance supervisory practices, career development initiatives, and performance management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide expert guidance on performance management best practices to managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, offering interpretation, guidance, and training to employees at all levels to ensure consistent application and compliance.
- Design and deliver comprehensive supervisor training programs, covering key aspects of people management, talent development, and performance optimization.
- Drive the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect industry best practices and support organizational objectives.
- Ensure strict adherence to multi-state employment laws and regulations, overseeing compliance-related activities including required training sessions.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments of business units and collaborate with the HR department to create tailored professional development curriculum that addresses identified skill gaps.
- Leverage HR analytics to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and develop data-driven solutions, programs, and policies.
- Cultivate positive employee relations, implement engagement initiatives, and drive retention strategies to boost morale and productivity.
- Demonstrate expertise in conflict resolution by mediating employee relations issues and conducting impartial, thorough investigations when necessary.

Competencies – What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
