SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Production Lead, the Production Assembler performs various tasks in support of Opportunity Village's (OV) various revenue-generating operational lines. The Production Assembler is responsible for day-to-day operations associated with production to ensure successful contract execution and delivery to OV's customers.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete packaging tasks to specification with required speed and accuracy.
- Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
- Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
- Provide quality assurance: measures finished products, components, or assemblies for functioning, operation, accuracy, or assembly to verify adherence to functional specifications.
- Assist with counts on package reports and properly mark all containers, including stenciling, labeling, etc.
- Work cooperatively to meet quotas and goals with team members, visitors, and volunteers.
- Adheres to rigorous safety protocols to guarantee the well-being of all team members, visitors, and volunteers in the workspace.
- Monitor equipment to confirm proper functionality for a successful production process.
- Follow quality control procedures.
- Follow the correct pattern of pallet stacking.
- Report suspected Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation (ANE) within immediately as mandated by state law.
- May be assigned other duties as needed
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not directly supervise others.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required: Certified to use pallet jack within 30 days of hire.
