PRODUCTION SCHEDULER:

You will ensure that all resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, are aligned to meet production targets across our multi-state facilities. This position requires excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills to help meet company goals for product quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage production schedules for cultivation, processing, packaging, and distribution to ensure alignment with demand forecasts and operational capacity.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including cultivation, manufacturing, packaging, inventory, and distribution, to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products.
  • Monitor production progress and make real-time adjustments to the schedule as needed to address delays, resource shortages, or changes in priorities.
