This role is ideal for someone who excels at understanding business challenges, translating them into technical solutions, and collaborating with multi-functional teams to drive scalable outcomes.</span></p> <p><span>If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, are highly organized, and bring deep experience with SaaS ecosystems and enterprise applications, this could be the ideal fit.</span></p> <h2><span>What you'll do: </span><strong><br/></strong></h2> <ul> <li><span>Partner with our business and technical teams to define and document requirements for application integrations and workflow automation</span></li> <li><span>Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications</span></li> <li><span>Support, maintain, and optimize key enterprise platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Zoom</span></li> <li><span>Assist in the evaluation, deployment, and configuration of SaaS tools to ensure alignment with business objectives and security standards</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate with development and operations teams to ensure integrations and tools are built, tested, and deployed effectively</span></li> <li><span>Monitor application health and user feedback to identify and drive improvements</span></li> <li><span>Contribute to internal knowledge bases and documentation to support scalable operations</span></li> <li><span>Stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies, and make informed recommendations for adoption and innovation</span></li> <li><span>Work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams</span></li> <li><span>Be challenged with identifying and presenting innovative ideas and proof of concepts that align with customer needs and Mozilla’s engineering standards</span></li> </ul> <h4>What you'll bring:</h4> <ul> <li><span>5+ years of experience supporting and leading SaaS applications in organizations with 1,000+ users</span></li> <li><span>Deep expertise in Google Workspace administration (GAM experience is a plus), Slack, and other collaboration and productivity platforms</span></li> <li><span>A proven ability to assemble, document, and translate technical requirements for new application onboarding, integrations, and automation initiatives</span></li> <li><span>Familiarity with API-based integration concepts and platforms</span></li> <li><span>Experience or familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation use cases</span></li> <li><span>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences</span></li> <li><span>Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously</span></li> <li><span>A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for enabling efficient, user-centric systems</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll get:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Generous performance-based bonus plans to all regular employees - we share in our success as one t
