Assistant Account Executive, Business Leadership - Communication & Entertainment Access

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive to join our Communications team within the Entertainment Access division for a high-profile client. This role will support the project management and execution of the client entertainment website across Arts & Theater, Music, and Sports.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Manage the entertainment website content, including receiving assets and creating pages via a content upload platform.
- Ensure correct approvals are secured by marketers for all marketing assets.
- Manage the event approval tracker.
- Provide information for quarterly audits.
- Review tiles post-publication and capture the creative that has been posted to the website.
- Work as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and other agencies on client-owned marketing channels.
- Edit and format copy, ensuring all information (descriptions, event dates, purchase links, etc.) is compliant.
- Assist in producing the bi-weekly Entertainment Access email newsletter.
- Work with outside vendors on technical and creative updates and new initiatives.
- Attend and take notes at client meetings and conference calls.
- Lead operational aspects of the communication and ticketing channels along with weekly, mid-year, and annual reporting.
- Provide general project and administrative support to the Music team, by helping with POVs, partner communications, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with ticketing team in organizing all music presales and utilize partner assets to generate website content for these events on a weekly basis
- Use agency/client tools as necessary for day-to-day project needs (i.e., status reports, conference reports, creative briefs).
- Monitor industry trends and innovations and leverage new technology to optimize channels.
- Understand tight deadlines and maintain composure in all scenarios.
- Develop an understanding of clients’ business.
- Support Momentum’s values.

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications preferred
- Strong computer skills – AI Platforms, MS Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Experience with Dreamweaver, Photoshop, or HTML is a plus
- Solid communication skills – written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, pro-active Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful
- Strong passion for the Arts, Theater, Broadway, Sports, and Music/Entertainment
- Experience in digital/virtual and/or experiential marketing
- Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business
- Demonstrated history of establishing effective working relationships across a diverse team
- Demonstrates understanding of branding and brand value
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $50,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
