As a Senior Retirement Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting with clients on retirement plan documents best practices, drafting retirement plan documents primarily 403(b), 401(k) and providing quality review of colleague’s work.

We want to hear from you today if you can:

  • Quality review plan document tasks,
  • Complete plan document tasks consisting of creating new documents, restating, or amending existing documents and review Corebridge or Third-Party Documents to enable proper set up on the record keeping system.
  • Train and develop team members.
  • Provide consulting to clients on plan design, industry best practices and conducting detailed plan document walk throughs.
  • Provide process and procedure recommendations to management to improve customer experience and effectiveness and efficiency of team operations.
  • Assist management as required in administrative functions such as collecting data for reporting or serving as a functional area SME on projects related to business or regulatory changes.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience drafting 403(b) and 401(k) documents
  • Excellent writing, customer service and collaborative skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, primarily Outlook, Word and Excel
  • QKA, TGPC designations preferred.
