Today, we are delivering seven carbon capture units in Europe, with an accumulated capture capacity of 1 million tonnes of CO2. In Denmark, we are delivering five Just Catch 100 units to Ørsted, in the Netherlands one Just Catch 100 unit to Twence, and in Norway a Big Catch to Heidelberg Materials.

The Role

As our new Senior Piping and Layout Engineer you will:

  • Be responsible for the material specifications (pipes, valves, insulation, special items, etc.) and development of plot plans and equipment layouts in CCUS projects
  • Be responsible for handling and solving of site queries in our CCUS projects
  • Coordinate and supervise multi-location teams of piping & layout engineers, piping stress and support engineers and designers and field engineers in CCUS projects
  • Coordinate with other disciplines, teams, partners and suppliers and installation contractors in CCUS projects
  • Contribute to the development of cost-effective processes and products
  • Contribute to standardization and general effective execution of CCUS projects
  • Contribute to CCUS early studies
  • Be responsible to provide input to, and implement CCUS technology in projects

Who are you?

  • Independent and motivated individual, with a passion for environmental projects
  • An expertise in ISO, EN and other international codes and standards pertaining to piping and layout
  • Engineer with site and installation experience
  • Bachelors degree in relevant engineering discipline with minimum 7 years of relevant experience from project work
  • Fexible regarding work tasks and possible practical field work, as required
  • Multidisciplinary understanding with varied work performed both on layout and detail engineering part of the discipline
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with proven ability to use standardised solutions for optimal design
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
