Job Description: What You’ll Do

As the first face families see when they arrive, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, efficient, and supportive clinic experience. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in pediatric patients and their families with professionalism and compassion
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating referrals between physicians and therapists
• Verifying insurance coverage and collecting co-pays or necessary documentation
• Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely communication with caregivers
• Collaborating with therapists, support staff, and clinic leadership to optimize patient flow

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

1+ year of experience in a medical office, front desk, or healthcare customer service preferred

Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking ability in a fast-paced clinic
