About the role
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing a Geographic territory of ~25 Partner companies (Distrubutions, Manufacturer's Representatives),potentially spanning numerous markets
- Work closely with your Partners, and FGS Sales, to develop and define a comprehensive strategy for their Partnership with FGS
- Manage partnerships between Partner companies and FGS
- Conduct Annual Partner Planning and quarterly Business Reviews with Partners to review performance to plan, opportunities, challenges, and program effectiveness.
- Monitor Partner activities on an ongoing basis to provide support and assistance where needed. Including but not limited to Leads, Opportunities, Deal Registration, Commission Registration
- Assist Partners with the use of Connect Platform and other associated Partner platforms like Highspot
- Support onboarding new and existing Partners into our Program(s)
- Report on Partner performance, and identify opportunities and challenges within the network. Identify gaps and redundancies, overperformers and underperformers
- Manage incentives, including but not limited to, Deal Registration, Specification Registration, Market Development Fund, etc. for your Partners
- Develop and deliver actionable intelligence and insights on our Partners, closure rates, FGS product trends
- Digesting Partner feedback and performance to continuously improve our platforms, policies, and network participation.
- Support the development of our programs as we introduce additional phases of value, new tools, and additional Partner types
- Other responsibilities as needed as our Program matures and develops over time
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience working with Channel Partners, Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable working autonomously, with little oversight
- Demonstrate strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Driven, Self-Starter
- Critical Thinker, able to find creative solutions to problems
- Possesses superior organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and initiatives
- Exemplify a strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Microsoft D365 CRM
- Microsoft Teams
