How You’ll Make an Impact
As an Acrylics Team Leader, you will provide leadership and supervision of chemical operators in the daily activities of manufacturing areas to ensure smooth operations and efficient completion of processes. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life
As an Acrylics Team Leader you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving innovation and excellence in production. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will:
- Manage and prioritize EHS performance as the top priority for the plant, including housekeeping and 5s practices.
- Supervise, coach, and develop operators and temporary employees in manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical assistance for the management of processing issues as the first line of support.
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure adherence to the production schedule across all three production plants.
- Coordinate communication flow both within and outside of the department to ensure effective collaboration.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
- High School Diploma or GED .
- Minimum 5 years production experience in chemical industry.
- Chemical Operator A or B level required
- Experience using SAP and TotalChrom are a plus
- Ability to wear full face PPE (clean shaven).
