Your Opportunity: Acrylic Design Associates is looking for an Acrylic Fabricator to join the team in Plymouth, MN.
The Acrylic Fabricator is responsible for manufacturing high-quality acrylic products by cutting, machining, bending, bonding, polishing, assembling, and finishing acrylic components according to engineering drawings and customer specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Your Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders.
- Cut, route, saw, drill, bend, polish, and bond acrylic materials to specification.
- Assemble acrylic products using adhesives, mechanical fasteners, and other fabrication techniques.
- Inspect parts throughout the fabrication process to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety standards.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production schedules and job status.
- Identify and report material defects, equipment issues, or process improvements.
- Assist with packaging finished products to ensure safe shipment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
You Must Have:
- Previous fabrication, manufacturing, woodworking, plastics, or acrylic fabrication experience preferred.
- Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints accurately.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
We Would Also Prefer:
- Experience working with acrylic or other plastics.
- Knowledge of adhesives, polishing, and finishing techniques.
- Forklift certification is a plus.

- Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
