We are currently seeking a BPO Business Sys. Analysis Senior Analyst to join our team.
Business Analysis Sr Analyst
Provides end to end claim servicing to Supplemental Insurance Product policyholders to include the intake, benefit adjudication and decisioning. This position will also handle customer escalations and reporting responsibilities.

Salary for this role is $49,920
Required schedule availability for this position is between Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (Central Time), OT during evenings and Saturdays could also be required based on business need, particularly during the months of Nov – Feb.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 year experience (WAH) remote
- 1 year experience working in an office setting, multitasking online with multiple Microsoft Windows PC applications
- Minimum High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years in a medical office setting, or adjudication of medical claims preferably related accident and hospital indemnity claims
- 1 working with Microsoft suite of applications.
Responsibilities:
- Providing end to end claims support to members and the customer. Adjudication of claims, responding to customer questions and escalations, providing on demand reports.
- Participation in project meetings to include providing requirements, testing scenarios and post production testing.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and work with other functional areas in order to develop new and improve existing processes
- Communicate via written (email and mail) and/or verbal correspondence
- Serve as a mentor to the team and help with peer to peer review and internal QC review when required.

- Collaborating with management or other team members as appropriate to proactively address service issues and concerns.

*** All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Fundamentals of Insurance Class and study for and pass the NY Insurance Licensing Exam.
