We are currently seeking a BPO T&S Operations Senior Analyst to join our team in Manhattan, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

Position Title: Trade Analyst

Pay range for the role starts at $83,000K
The Opportunity
- Our client is a leading global provider of asset and wealth management solutions. They provide investment processing, investment management, and investment operations solutions that help corporations, financial institutions, financial advisors, and ultra-high-net-worth families create and manage wealth.
- This team is currently seeking a candidate in Trade Execution who is willing to work onsite in Manhattan, NY, alongside client & end client Director of Operations.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in trading across the markets while maintaining strong relationships with brokers and adhering to best practices. Familiarity with Advent-Moxy and related system and the ability to support special requests from the Director of operations is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate portfolio accounting data through daily position, transaction and cost basis reconciliations in coordination with our third-party vendor tools and services.
- Design, produce and distribute timely and accurate performance reports and calculations with the Advent APX System on a monthly/quarterly basis for individual accounts and composites. Provide analysis and interpretation of report data as required.
- Create and maintain performance groups and related performance data.
- Provide support with Client Portal (create and maintain users and account assignments)
- Support other production items as they arise.
Requirements for this role include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience at an equity firm, with a focus on global equity markets.
- In-depth knowledge of Moxy (The client uses Moxy for trade execution and works directly with brokers on the street) Moxy integrates and streamlines all aspects of the investment management process, from portfolio construction through settlement.
