Job Summary:

As a sales representative at Renuity you will spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service. 

Essential Functions:

·       Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas.

·       Set individual sale targets.

·       Track sales goals and report results.

·       Promote company products and services.

·       Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.

·       Be able to navigate technology applications to complete a sales such as Ingage, Leap, Service Finance, Aqua, Etc.

·       Complete all sales documents and walk customers through the process and appropriate documentation to ensure they have no additional questions.

·       Drive to customers homes and arrive on time to discuss Renuity Product options.

Skills:

·       Commitment to high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions.

·       Demonstrated time management and organizational skills

·       Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats, including sales presentations

·       Demonstrated capability to develop strong interpersonal working relationships and work in a team environment

·       Strong customer service orientation

·       A valid driver’s license and proven safe driving record

·       Knowledge of principles and practices of sales

·       Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Physical Requirements:

·       Reliable Transportation

·       Ability to travel

·       Ability to sit for prolonged period, as a driver or passenger in an automobile.

·       Ability to utilize a computer/ iPad and telephone for prolonged periods.

·       Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 40 lbs.
