Your role in our team

  • You will lead partnership with management of business segment to drive financial performance against very complex goals.

  • You will ensure protection of company assets, application of most complex control procedures, and financial planning and reporting within stated guidelines and policies.

  • You will provide active risk management within subject area and drive organizational alignment with strategy.

  • You will define work flows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness.You will create and implement project control strategies and policies that are aligned with organizational goals by reporting cost and schedule forecasting.

  • You will promote a culture of continuous improvement by applying advanced analytical techniques, implementing best practices, and optimizing project management processes.

  • You will oversee overall project delivery performance and ensure appropriate project control practices are applied.

  • You will monitor the project management process and make recommendations for improvements relative to engineering and design activities, cost reporting, budget analysis, and risk analysis and mitigation.

 

Your profile

  • You have a BS/BA in Accounting, Business Administration or advanced degree

  • You have a full understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management.

  • You must have strong oral and written communication skills.

  • You have superior collaboration skills with the ability to operate in a fluid environment.

  • You have proven leadership and supervisory acumen.

  • You have 10+ years of successful experience in a directly related field and successfully demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.

  • You have Program Management budget experience. 

  • You have proficient experience in Scheduling & Planning of construction projects, Earned Value (EVM), Change & Risk Management, Project Controls.

  • You have experience in managing multidiscipline business and project controls teams on large projects.
