We are seeking a Senior Project Manager in our PMO to focus on our Network, Server/Desktop, Could and Infrastructure initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment ensuring quality work product and delivery, professional development, and performance management
- Oversee and monitor team KPIs to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and effectively implemented
- Manage assigned projects consistent with customer objectives and strategic plans.
- Develop and execute the project work plan, including resource plans, cost plans, benefits, and schedules using traditional, hybrid and Agile methods.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Manage the activities of cross-functional project teams and ensures the adherence to the project plan.
- Collaborate with AD of Project Delivery to ensure associates with required skills are available to support the implementation of new system/solutions.
- Work to control change, adjust the budget, timeline, and project scope to accommodate approved changes.
- Identify, escalate and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Produce timely and accurate updates to PPM including project schedule, actual vs. budget, reports and other defined KPIs/metrics.
- Coordinate with Product Managers/Directors to align all projects with customer’s strategic objectives
