<li dir="ltr">Quality Oversight – own end-to-end product quality (backend, frontend, AI, client) and validate functionality and user experience.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Process Optimization & Automation – identify bottlenecks, implement automation, target 50% automated test coverage in one year, and cut regression cycles to hours.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Tooling & Frameworks – select scalable, reusable QA tools and frameworks applicable across all components</li>
<li dir="ltr">Team Leadership & Collaboration – mentor QA engineers, align with developers on early test scenarios, and promote a shift-left testing culture.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Governance & Strategic Impact – establish QA standards, track metrics, prevent defects early, and optimize team efficiency through automation</li>
</ul></ul><p><br/></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p></p><ul>
<ul>
<li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proven experience as a QA Lead, Lead QA Engineer, or similar leadership role.</p></li>
<li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies across backend, frontend, and ideally AI components.</p></li>
<li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, PyTest, Postman, etc.).</p></li>
<li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in defining QA strategies, test plans, and automation roadmaps.</p></li>
<li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed QA team.</p></li>
<li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong collaboration skills to work closely with development leads and product owners.</p></li>
