Project Specialist (Cleared)

IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) is seeking an experienced Project Specialist to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity. ITC will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support.

Responsibilities:

• Provides program cost and schedule reporting, monitoring, and forecasting across the program or assigned projects.
• Ensures that forecasts and plans are aligned with budgetary constraints, program/project goals and initiatives, and tracks all current projects and tasks.
• Provides historic cost and level of effort information in support of estimates of new projects, completes service contract reporting of all contractor labor hours, provides projected cost and EAC by CLIN/task for MSRs.
• Provides input on cost and schedule for technical status meetings, project management meetings, and PMP development/updates.
• Collects and reports financial data for trip reports.
• Maintains all program/project deliverables in a central repository.

Location: On-site in Tampa, FL

Requirements

• Journeyman level: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 - 10 years of relevant experience

• Substitutions for education:

• Associate's Degree plus 4 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
• 6 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• ability to work with Teams, but self-motivated to complete projects on your own.
• Ability to work fully on-site with minimal accommodation

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have at a minimum active DOD Top Secret clearance to be considered for this role.
