VP of Finance

As our VP of Finance, you will act as the right-hand and trusted advisor to our CFO. Your objective in this role will be to support rapid business growth across multiple business units and geographies, drive operational support needs, align and execute strategic internal and external reporting, financial analysis and planning, and directly communicate financial implications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide in-depth financial management, analysis, and strategic insights to CFO
• Partner with leadership teams and employees to define and deliver business solutions as we move to a global product offering structure
• Work with senior leaders within the international organizations on long term strategic plans and translate strategic initiatives into a multi-year roadmap
• Project managing board meeting preparation and creation of board meeting materials
• Own and coordinate all aspects of FP&A processes, including long-range financial forecast, annual operating plan, and quarterly guidance across products and geographies
• Advising leadership on investments and initiatives that drive business growth and profitability by evaluating LTV, ROI, and other key financial metrics
• Lead efforts in M&A growth activity including attending management meetings, modeling, etc. to determine the best fit for the company
• Assist in post-M&A activities such as integration of financial systems and creating new reporting for add-ons to the business
• Create global standards for financial reporting, processes, financial controls, and P&L management
• Conduct analysis on new business initiatives to help determine the financial feasibility 
• Synthesize large datasets to consumable executive summaries for stakeholders
• Build and develop relationships with functional senior leaders and regional business and finance peers

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• M.A., B.A., or B.S. in Finance or Accounting
• 10+ years of senior finance experience
• Extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analyses.  Experience using data, metrics, and insights to drive business results
• Superior proficiency with Excel and complex financial modeling
• Strong relationship building with the ability to influence outside of reporting lines
• CPA or MBA
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts and ideas in a non-technical, simple manner across different levels and geographies of the organization
• Ability to operate in a high-energy, fast-paced evolving environment
• Exceptional business judgment capable of driving the right results with a focused, pragmatic approach
• Resourceful self-starter with an independent attitude and focus on excellence
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big pictures
• Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical capabilities with ability to model new growth scenarios to help business partners make sound financial decisions
• Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, growing and ambiguous environment.
