As a Crisis Intake Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), you’ll be an essential part of our in-person clinical team, conducting assessments and providing stabilization care at our state-of-the-art facility.

Your Role & Impact 

🔹 Perform on-site crisis assessments and determine the appropriate level of care 
🔹 Provide short-term, solution-focused therapy to individuals in crisis 
🔹 Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to develop treatment plans 
🔹 Facilitate safe discharge planning and coordinate transitions of care 
🔹 Ensure compliance with state and federal mental health regulations 
🔹 Serve as a court witness when required for court-ordered evaluations 

What We’re Looking For 

✔️ Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling 
✔️ Active Independent License (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Arizona
✔️ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain upon hire 
✔️ Experience with risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning
✔️ Strong clinical judgment and communication skills 
✔️ Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and telehealth platforms
