Job Details:

Purpose

Plans, implements and evaluates program initiatives and instruction. Works closely with instructional administrators, coaches and educators to implement the training program. Assesses the effectiveness and success of training programs and makes appropriate improvements. Researches new topics and develops ideas and concepts for enhancements to training programs. Maintains accurate records of training activities. Prepares correspondence reports and projections as requested. Performs related functions as assigned. Periodically facilitates and coordinates professional development sessions and conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Meet expectations of required activities as set out by funding source.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners

  • Attend all meetings as required and maintain accurate documentation of work.

  • Provide timely communication for project objectives, and with project leadership (Project Director/Manager/Principal Investigators).

  • Support Intervention Academies including review of content with detailed feedback, facilitate/present engaging content over Zoom, and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure timely development.

  • Advise/support Intervention Academies participants, Education Service Center representatives, Strategic Integration Liaisons and/or Local Education Agencies with training and coaching implementation.

  • Analyze project data to create, implement, and monitor a plan to increase participant learning and inform continuous improvement of Intervention Academies content.

  • This candidate may also support additional projects, as determined by the direct supervisor. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

6 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree in a related field.

The ideal candidate brings experience in project management or educational program coordination, strong communication skills, and the ability to support continuous improvement efforts during scale-up from pilot to statewide implementation.

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing and facilitating professional learning for educators (in-person and virtual). Experience reviewing or developing high-quality instructional materials (slide decks, facilitator guides, playbooks). Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with administrators, teachers, and education service center staff. Familiarity with Texas education systems and TEA initiatives. Experience working with schools or districts in the state of Texas. Master's degree or Project Management Professional (PMP). Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (listening, speaking, reading, and writing.)

Salary Range

$60,000 - $70,000
