Duties: Responsible for analyzing business requirements to get a good understanding of the functionality to be customized and enhanced within the Salesforce CRM application, business flow and approval processes, security protocols, data validation/display, and data migration; design and build modular software components including objects, fields, relationships, custom formula fields, workflows, validation rules and approval processes based on requirements using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Visualforce, APEX Classes and Triggers, APEX Web Services (REST), Lightning Components, SQL, and other tools and technologies; design and develop migration of data from legacy systems to Salesforce CRM using APEX data loader; design and develop sharing and security at the organization level using OWD, Sharing rules and manual sharing; test the developed software components to ensure they meet quality standards and requirement specifications; make changes to the built components to accommodate requirements; deploy and test components in the staging environment; complete technical documentation of framework assets, standards, best practices, accelerator toolkit, methodology and naming conventions for efficient Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Integration implementations; utilize and apply knowledge of CRM solutions, WSDL, SOAP, REST APIs, Salesforce.com, Visualforce, JavaScript, JQuery, Salesforce, Process Builder, Lightning web components, and Apex to perform duties; and implement algorithms, databases, integration components and server-side components as required.
Location: Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and various other undetermined worksites throughout the U.S.
Salary: $117,200 per year.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors – Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Applied Computer Science, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Training: None
Experience: Five (5) years in the position above, as a Technical Lead, as an Associate Consultant, as an Associate - Projects, as a Project Lead, as a Senior Lead Consultant, as an Application Development Team Lead, or in a related occupation;
Other Requirements: Experience must include two (2) years use of all the following: CRM solutions, WSDL, SOAP, REST APIs, Salesforce.com, Visualforce, JavaScript, JQuery, Salesforce, Process Builder, Lightning web components, and Apex.
