Production Cell Lead - C Shift - Thurs/Fri/Sat 8pm-8am

Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the work of assembly personnel as directed by management. This person will accomplish tasks through strong interpersonal skills, strong organizational and planning abilities, and effective communications with all levels of employees.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinates the work of a cell or small team (ideally 5 to 10 operators).
Cell Leader has no role in the management hierarchy but is recognized by the members of the team.
Cell Leader is an Operator with an extended role in:
•Quality
•Production
•Improvement of Performance
•Operator training
•Updating indicators
•Empowering the team
•Solving team issues
•Representing the team
•Facilitating continuous improvement
Cell Leader - shares time between the leader role and production operator - target is 50%/50%
Cell Leader is typically the line QRQC owner.
Monitors safety practices and housekeeping.
Required Skills & Experience:
Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
