Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the team. You will work closely with product and engineering counterparts and be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational programs that impact delivery and development of AI powered services for OCI operations. What You’ll Do
- Define and manage programs and processes for software development, operations, and customer support
- Take ownership and drive continuous improvement of across teams to deliver value
- Apply project management best practices to projects ranging from new development to feature enhancements
- Drive the scrum and other operational practices across the team to support SDLC, while creating and maintaining comprehensive project KPIs
- Facilitate effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Support, and other key stakeholders to define and deliver complex programs despite competing priorities by having the ability to influence roadmaps and priorities
- Build strong relationships across teams to become a force multiplier.
- Represent the product/engineering up to the Director level independently and at a higher level if needed
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations, directing changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in developing and operating enterprise programs, ideally having experience driving large technical complex projects
- Display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically
- Possess a technology background that enables you to understand the complexities of Software Development and Cloud services within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Possess maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
- Have the proven ability to work well with product and engineering teams to establish and maintain our roadmap while setting appropriate expectations and ensure our product and services meet our high standards
- Experience with AI capabilities like LLM, RAGs, and ML is preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn new technology and practices to apply in an improvement focused mindset
- Have the ability to represent the team and product to all levels within the company and to ancillary support groups
Experience
- Have the expertise to manage complex programs spanning across multiple functions\teams
- Strong knowledge of and implementation experience with various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Have experience with continuous improvement methods or Kaizen processes
- Possess strong verbal, written communication skills and be detailed oriented
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a can-do attitude
- Be a self-starter and can work independently

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
