As a Product Manager, you will join a combined Product, Design, and Engineering team collaborating on the future of EdTech. You will be assigned a product focus area where you will have ownership and autonomy to craft a roadmap, develop and ship new functionality, and constantly engage with clients and stakeholders to shape the future of our products.
What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for your assigned product area, from vision to launch and ongoing iteration.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven product strategy that aligns with company goals, customer needs, and business impact.
  • Prioritize product initiatives using a structured framework that balances user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Define, measure, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform future strategy.

Execution & Delivery:

  • Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success) to execute product initiatives with high quality and on time.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring smooth execution of product launches.
  • Drive alignment across teams, ensuring clear communication of product priorities, trade-offs, and timelines.

Market Research & Customer Insights:

  • Engage with customers regularly to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and ensure we’re solving meaningful problems.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Leverage product analytics, testing, and qualitative insights to make informed product decisions.

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication:

  • Clearly articulate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs to internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external teams regarding product strategy and updates.
  • Influence and align teams without formal authority to drive successful outcomes.

Who You Are

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of owning and delivering successful products.
  • Strong execution skills: Ability to drive projects to completion, manage risks, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven decision maker: Comfortable interpreting product metrics, conducting tests, and using data to inform strategy (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured plans and drive alignment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Deep customer empathy with a strong ability to translate user insights into impactful product decisions.
  • Technical fluency: Understands APIs, data structures, and engineering trade-offs to collaborate effectively with engineers (no coding required).
  • Agile experience: Familiar with Scrum or Kanban methodologies and able to work effectively within an iterative development process.
  • Nice to have / strongly considered: B2C mobile application experience.

Compensation

  • Expected salary range: $85,000 - $130,000 per year
  • Bonus eligible: Yes
  • Commission eligible: No
