The Product Enablement Manager will provide critical product support to the dedicated Implementation team who is focused on the rollout of new client solutions in an accurate and efficient onboarding process. Ability to influence multiple stakeholder parties without direct leadership reporting lines while ensuring sustainable and market leading solutions are deployed. Relentless focus on Maersk’s ability to continue to meet & exceed client expectations across all logistics solutions offered.

Role open to Miramar, FL and Panama.

Key Responsibilities

  • Critical product support to the dedicated Implementation team who is focused on the rollout of new client solutions in an accurate and efficient onboarding process
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholder parties without direct leadership reporting lines while ensuring sustainable and market leading solutions are deployed
  • Relentless focus on Maersk’s ability to continue to meet & exceed client expectations across all Logistics solutions offered
  • Drive regional solution product development and system enhancement initiative
  • Explore ideas and avenues for growing supply chain solutions revenue by introducing new services, understanding current market gaps and needs
  • Tactical execution of global rollouts on systemic capabilities to all regional stakeholders
  • Standardization of process & protocols and consistent delivery of outcomes
  • Deliver Project Management associated to business transformation
  • Collaborates cross-functionally, cross-geography and/or in virtual environment to drive change
  • Works in collaboration with global and local projects teams & updates stakeholders on the status of projects and transformation
  • Statistical data analysis
  • Creation and administration of databases

We are looking for

  • 3-5 years of working experience and with container shipping background is preferrable.
  • Ambitious, self-driven and result orientated
  • Able to deliver on assigned objectives independently, remotely and execute proactively
  • Able to set direction and prioritization, manage ambiguity effectively.
