  • Ensure compliance with SOX 404 and oversee the accuracy of quarterly and annual financial filings
  • Own the accounting function for our Enterprise Agent Business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Optimize process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial reporting enhancements to support scalable growth
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Operations, Finance, and Legal, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with company-wide initiatives
  • Manage accounting functions for international subsidiaries, including financial consolidation across multi-entity and multi-currency businesses
  • Oversee and validate the Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments while serving as the primary point of contact for employee expense reimbursement and corporate credit card inquiries
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Support ad-hoc projects (system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements), providing strategic guidance and expertise across financial operations

Qualification and Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in a corporate accounting role —ideally in a high-growth or public company
  • Strong problem solving skills, and ability to diagnose problems independently
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams
  • Excellent communication skills and effective cross-functional collaborator
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying operational efficiencies and process improvements
