Teladoc Health is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the Vice President of Delivery and Engagement on our Data and AI team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and clinical outcomes through the strategic utilization of data and AI technologies. As the VP of Delivery and Engagement, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead data & AI roadmaps, and foster a culture of innovation to deliver impactful solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for leveraging data and AI technologies to drive business growth and enhance clinical outcomes.
• Define and own the Data & AI roadmap, ensuring it supports the seamless integration of data and AI solutions into our products to address critical business needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and other business teams to execute on the data and AI roadmap, ensuring technologies align with the company's business goals and global product roadmap.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define detailed business requirements (BRDs) for data and AI products, balancing technical feasibility with business priorities.
• Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to executive leadership and stakeholders, demonstrating the value of data and AI initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data and AI and facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization to ensure ongoing alignment with best practices.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure the successful and secure implementation of data and AI solutions.
• Continuously assess the impact of data and AI technologies on clinical and business outcomes and recommend adjustments to enhance overall performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required (years of experience may be substituted); Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 15+ years of experience in leadership roles, driving the strategic implementation of data and AI technologies in the healthcare or related industry.
• Extensive experience in defining, owning, and managing roadmaps with a proven track record of successful delivery.
• Proven expertise in navigating and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements during the development and deployment of data and AI solutions within the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging data science methodologies to extract meaningful insights and drive informed decision-making in a healthcare context.
• Proven ability to tailor data and AI solutions to address the unique challenges and opportunities presented by various international healthcare landscapes.
