We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join the Client Asset Operations in our Client Services Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation & circulation of the daily Client bank reconciliations for settlement & call deposit accounts using back office systems such as Figaro and the bank reconciliation tool, Corona.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of internal controls, processes and financial systems, ensuring processes and controls are adhered to. This will involve the preparation and updating of procedure documents.
  • Preparation and management of monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations and files
  • Preparation & circulation of the monthly Client bank reconciliations for fixed deposit accounts.
Requirements
  • Business, Finance or Accounting related degree or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail;
  • Strong processing skills;
  • A proven record as a strong team player;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are important;
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finish;
  • Ability to work to deadlines;
  • Timeliness and excellent attention to detail;
  • Strong MS Office Excel skills;
  • Keen interest in pursuing a career within the Client Services Department.
