We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to help drive our business forward by supporting our fast-paced executive team, with a primary focus on one of the co-founders. Executive Support
- Serve as the right-hand to the entire executive team, with specific responsibilities supporting one of the co-founders. Manage schedules, book travel, organize meetings, and assist with light email management.
- Provide logistical and administrative support during photo and video shoots to ensure smooth production and execution.
- Be a trusted advisor and go-to person for the co-founder's direct reports, triaging daily issues, navigating roadblocks, and providing guidance when appropriate, while embodying the co-founder’s voice and vision.
- Manage and prioritize the executive's task list, providing regular updates on progress.
Foundation and Office Support
- Act as a liaison for the KCL Foundation, supporting its activities and assisting with ad-hoc needs.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Refugee Relations to highlight key accomplishments, milestones, and events each fiscal quarter and year-end.
- Handle office management tasks, ensuring a well-functioning office environment, from maintaining supplies to coordinating with cleaners and property management
Project Management and Initiative Support
- Lead the coordination of projects and track key deliverables for the executive team, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
- Demonstrate a high degree of adaptability, managing changing priorities and undefined challenges with minimal direction to keep initiatives on track.
- Create compelling slide decks and presentations for internal meetings.
- Take detailed notes during key meetings, synthesize action items, and ensure follow-through on deliverables.
- Support founder marketing initiatives by coordinating with internal teams on executive-sponsored projects, maintaining timelines.
Research and Support
- Conduct in-depth research on various topics to support executives in making strategic decisions and driving key initiatives.
Event Coordination
- Organize and execute company-wide events such as Boise Pride, the KCL Foundation Back to School drive, and Holiday get-togethers, ensuring they are engaging and well-coordinated.
Administrative Duties
- Efficiently manage the distribution of computers and technology accessories to new hires, and coordinate the return of equipment to KCL as necessary.
- Oversee user access, permissions, and ongoing management of SaaS tools used across the organization.
Physical Requirements
