Bosch Thermoteknik AB in Tranås develops, manufactures, and sells heat pumps for the European market. We are approximately 900 employees and form a part of the large Bosch Group, which consists of approximately 409,000 employees worldwide.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

The Finance Director is responsible for the commercial steering of the nordic region where Controlling, IT and Human Resources are reporting departments. You will be a member of the regional sales management board, and with that directly steer the business on a strategic and operational level.

You will have a broad responsibility within a well-known group, while working in an international and diverse environment. We give you the opportunity to work in a strong growing and profitable market, where Bosch is in a leading position. By continuously being challenged with new and cross-functional projects, you will have the chance to broaden your experience, learn and develop new skills and know-how.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• University degree in the field of economics, engineering or similar
• Relevant working experience in a sales environment
• Leadership experience
• Professional experience in an international environment, and in sales controlling, are a plus
• Experience in energy or environment branch, heat pumps and sustainability, are valued
• Entrepreneur, self-confident
• Ambitious for personal growth
• Business fluent in English; skills in one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) very beneficial, German is a plus
• Mobility / flexibility is valued.
