Global Integrations Engineer (Finance Solutions)

<p>INTRODUCTION </p><p>Dentons is currently recruiting an experienced Global Integration Engineer to join their Central Technology Support function to support their transformation operations.</p><p>The role holder will have responsibility for working with key global and region stakeholders including the wider integration teams and members of Dentons program support teams to:</p><ul> <li>Develop and maintain integration points and data flows, and support and enhance the accuracy of Dentons’ global data across Dentons systems and applications, in particular to support Dentons finance platforms.</li> <li>Design systems and integration rules leveraging Dentons’ integration and database technologies including a mixture of cloud and on premises solutions.</li> <li>Propose and develop ideas to enhance integration between Dentons systems.</li> </ul><p>The candidate should have experience using SQL language, API querying and platforms such as Intapp Integrate, Boomi, Microsoft Azure data tools, and SAP CPI to design efficient data flows. Experience working in large global teams is essential to this role which will interact with both global and regional teams to optimize the design and the maintenance of the systems integrations worldwide.</p><p>The Integration Engineer will work closely with solution designers and database administrators, globally and in-region, to ensure integration requirements are met and the firm’s global and regional leadership teams can capitalize on the firm’s key metrics. Driven by the diverse perspectives of our people, our clients, and our communities, we combine local knowledge with global insight.</p><p></p><p> ROLE </p><p>Reporting into the Global Director, Integration Services and working within the Global Data and Integration team, the Global Integrations Engineer will assume a technical leadership role across numerous initiatives to help ensure systems and services meet Firm requirements and adhere to industry best practices.</p><p>The role will collaborate and work with various Central Technology Support service functions, in particular the Finance application support team, as well as regional and global technology and talent teams, the talent transformation team, and other relevant global and regional resources and stakeholders.</p><p>The Global Integrations Engineer will also be accountable for responding to service incidents or critical outages when escalations are necessary.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES </p><p> Key Deliverables</p><ul> <li>Develop and maintain integrations and ensure all relevant requirements surrounding an application integration is fulfilled.</li> <li>Maintain documentation and data flow specifications for integrations rules.</li> <li>Maintain integration rulesets using various technologies and develop method to ensure all integrations can be easily and properly monitored.</li> <li>Work closely with Global Applications Management team to ensure that all existing integrations run efficiently and are consistently maintained.</li> <li>Working with the Global Applications Management team, add new functionality to integrations when required.</li> <li>Deliver integration code in a timely and consistent fashion.</li> <li>Ensure new developments implemented by Dentons transformation program teams are understood and take over the support of these developments in production. </li> <li>Liaise with Regional Integration Leads to ensure they are operating in line with global integration principles and working with the most recent global requirements. </li> <li>Work with support teams and business analysts to ensure requirements are gathered and developed for relevant applications. </li> <li>Working with other team members in other geographies, provide multiple time zone support for critical production systems.
