Your role will involve managing on-site operations, coordinating, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in Residential roofing construction</li> <li>3+ years of roofing project management experience</li> <li>5+ years of experience with Metal, Shingle, and Tile roof systems</li> <li>Ability to read plans, understand installation details, scopes of work and job specifications</li> <li>Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations. (Certifications are a plus but not required)</li> <li>Must be a team player and the ability to work closely with our project managers and labor crews</li> <li>Detail oriented (Filling out daily reports, safety requirements, etc.)</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Work together with the project manager &amp; office team to meet project deadlines. Identify and address issues during construction</li> <li>Submit daily reports that include safety, job progress, crew roll call &amp; other pertinent project information</li> <li>Understand project scope in and out prior to starting the project. Foresee potential issues, delays or need for additional information from client, GC etc.</li> <li>Provide A+ customer service to our clients/GCs. Addressing their needs, preferences, and culture. Keeping open communication throughout the project duration.</li> <li>Promote positive subcontractor relations.
