About the role
Sr HRIS Analyst with expertise in Workday HCM, Comp, Adv Comp, Benefits, Reporting, integrations and configuration.
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Candidates local to WI or willing to relocate to WI highly preferred
Onsite role
3 months Contract to Hire or Direct Hire opportunity

RESPONSIBLIITIES:
What you will be doing
- Lead strategic Workday initiatives, including implementations, integrations, and product updates.
- Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple Workday modules (Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Advanced Compensation, etc.).
- Partner with HR and business leaders to optimize processes and deliver scalable solutions.
- Own data governance and ensure integrity of associate data across systems.
- Identify and implement innovative system enhancements aligned with business goals.
- Manage complex configurations, testing, and deployment of Workday business processes.
- Mentor junior HRIS team members and guide stakeholders through system changes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with deep expertise in Workday.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
