We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.</p> <p>We’re hiring a <strong>Inside Sales Specialist - Industrial Supplies</strong> at our rental facility in <strong>Odessa, TX</strong>, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong><em>Schedule: </em></strong>Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)</span></p> <h3>Primary Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Review all incoming manifests and shipping documents and check against cargo received.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare manifests for departing transfers and/or deliveries.</p> </li> <li> <p>Review and sign off on all outgoing manifests and equipment departing.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.</p> </li> <li> <p>Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Receives its within “Company’s” receiving procedures and shipping procedures.</p> </li> <li> <p>Performs 100% material receiving accuracy check.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identifies purchase order issues that include Overages, Shortages and Damages, delivery and assists the buyer for corrective action and resolution.</p> </li> <li> <p>Opens and packs bales, crates, totes and other containers.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer.</p> </li> <li> <p>May also assist in counting of physical inventory.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, Sweep, dust and mop.</
